Mike Kilcar
Mike is a construction professional with over 15 years experience in Building Construction & Contracts Administration,
the
last 6 years in a
senior management role. Specific experience in Healthcare, Residential & Commercial Design, and Build Projects.
Particular interests in Sustainable Construction Technology and Value Engineering of Projects.
Mike is responsible for the assessment of client organisation needs, identification of optimal solutions and their implementation from concept through to completion. All operations are managed individually to give customised solutions to Client needs.
A graduate of Waterford Institute of Technology in Construction Management (Hons), Mike is also responsible for all Health and Safety Procedures and Quality Assurance within HCF.

Jackie Coen
Jackie spent over 10 years in a senior PA role with the Archdioceses of Dublin, followed by a career as a financial consultant in mortgages
and also in a marketing & sales role in the insurance industry.
She is responsible for all financial & admin matters and for getting the
HCFM message out there.

John Harney
John is an internationally experienced management consultant who specialises in people change management and productivity
with over 25 years experience across 15 countries in many different business sectors.
A Civil Engineering graduate from UCC, John is responsible for identifying and implementing new or adapted processes to
reduce staff requirements, combine roles and smooth out inefficiencies.

Nadine Coen
As a creative and dynamic business management professional with an extensive educational background in business strategy, innovation management and organisational change, Nadine Coen is recognized for both her Masters of Business in Strategy and Innovation Management and a Bachelors of Business Degree in Management; both of which have been achieved from the Galway-Mayo Institute of Technology.
In addition to Nadine's extensive education, she has achieved practical employment for the past five years in a demanding healthcare environment, for which she has trained in diverse context departments and has been involved in a number of continuous improvement projects and efficiency procedures.
Moreover, through earning recognition from management, staff and patients for a caring demeanour, collaborative teamwork, interpersonal, communication and organizational skills, accurate records management and flexibility in handling the challenges of working in various roles and departments, Nadine is enthusiastic to be involved in new opportunities to assist businesses in striving for continuous improvement, consistent efficiency, and effective savings.

Demara Coen
Higher Diploma in Interior Architecture
HETAC level 8- Business Administration & Management
Demara, Started her career in Interior design & project managed a successful Kitchen showroom for four years.
She then discovered a keen interest in healthcare and progressed to Admission & Registration manager of the Galway Clinic.
Duties include the scheduling of patients daily. Dealing and liaising with consultants & their secretaries. Insuring all hospital polices and guidelines are adhered to. The priority of the role is insuring that all patients are cared for in the prompt & professional manner.
Demara has a keen interest in quality management & processes. She took over the role of being quality coordinator when her areas went for the EIQA Quality mark.
Reception, Admissions &the Day Care department all went for the Q-Mark, and all three were awarded the Q-Mark standard.

Ronan McCarthy
Completed Certificate in Computing in IT Sligo in 1998.
Ronan has always had a passion for IT and has worked varying roles over the years to further his knowledge of the business. Before his current role he was working as a support engineer for a UK company, Simplytrak, which specialized in providing tracking devices for small, medium and large firms all over Europe. Ronan was the Irish representative and took care of installations of new devices (software & hardware) and also support and maintenance of existing customers which meant travelling to various locations across the country servicing the devices on the vehicles themselves and the software application in the offices.
Ronan is currently working as an IT Support Technician for computing solutions company Tomorrows World. He is contracted to and permanently based in Aviva Galway, servicing over 350 users PC's and printers. Part of a Two man IT support team in the Galway building. The work is providing hardware and software solutions and fixes to all users in the Galway office. Calls get logged to a central helpdesk in Dublin and are then passed to the Galway queue where they are serviced as promptly as possible. Over two seperate terms of employment he has spent a total of 10 years working in Aviva both as a member of Aviva staff and now as a member of Tomorrows World.

Anthony has also consulted in the hospitality sector for over 13 years being involved in some of Europe's largest race meetings and outdoor events.
